Installation Tips:

  • Cutting: Caps can be easily cut to length using a hacksaw.
  • Installation Direction: Always install the End Cap with the wider side down.

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Panel: Lay the Multi-Wall panel flat on a surface for easy access.
  2. Peel Back the Film: Carefully peel back the plastic film on each side of the panel about 4"-6" from the edge.
  3. Fit the End Cap: With the wider side facing down, slide the End Cap halfway onto the panel.
  4. Seal It Up: Apply silicone sealant, then push the End Cap fully into place, ensuring to leave a small air gap of 1/16" to 1/8" at the bottom.
