We understand that figuring out how many polycarbonate panels, bar caps, screws, and other essentials you’ll need can be a bit tricky.

Here’s the good news: starting with the right size of polycarbonate panels can actually save you money! Your first step? Choose between 8 ft., 10 ft., or 12 ft. long panels. From there, you can cut (or we can for an extra fee) to maximize the material.

Begin by sketching out your project. This will help you determine how many sheets of polycarbonate you'll need and what sizes to choose. A clear plan helps you make the most of your panels, so be sure to include all walls and roof sections in your drawing.

A Few Important Tips:

  Remember that polycarbonate sheets are UV coated on one side, so be sure to install with the UV coating on the outside of your structure.
• The channels should be oriented vertically to let condensation drain properly.
